The music of Harmonic Balance is created to be shared in meaningful moments — from private listening to worship and celebration. Each download includes a limited personal-use license. Any use of Harmonic Balance songs beyond personal listening or the permitted uses described below requires written permission. Please contact us to discuss licensing.

 

Personal Use (Audio & Video)

Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Permitted uses:

  • Personal listening

  • Playback at private events

  • Private photo or video montages shared with friends and family

  • Non-monetized personal social media posts on individual accounts

  • Live worship services or classroom instruction, including non-monetized livestreams

Not permitted:

  • Commercial or business use

  • Use by professional videographers or production companies

  • Monetized online content

  • Advertising, promotional, or broadcast use

  • Resale, redistribution, or file-sharing​

Professional & Commercial Licensing

Additional licensing is required for professional, commercial, or institutional use, including but not limited to:

  • Use in advertising, promotional, or branded content

  • Broadcast, monetized streaming, or online distribution

  • Church or organizational recordings intended for distribution

  • Wedding or other films created by professional videographers

  • Use in paid curriculum or commercial educational materials

Sheet Music Licensing

Sheet music purchases include a non-exclusive license to print one copy for personal use.

Additional copies require additional purchase or written permission.

This sheet music may not be redistributed, shared digitally, or reproduced beyond the license granted.  Recording or distributing any performance of this work requires separate written permission.
