Do you ever go to bed exhausted after a long day of work and almost dread getting up, knowing that there is another long day ahead of work waiting for you tomorrow?  The first verse of this song reminds us that not everyone has the opportunity to get up in the morning and go do something that will engage their minds and/or bodies in return for money.  Give praise to the Lord, there's still work to be done! 

Do you ever feel lost, like you are drifting and cannot find your way?  The second verse of this song reminds us to stay strong, have faith, and look to the Lord for answers.  Give praise to the Lord, He will show you the way!

The Lord walked among us to give us hope, but many of us were scared of his claims to be the Messiah, so we hung him on a cross to die.  But in accordance with the Scriptures, on the third day he rose on the angels' wings!  Give Praise to the Lord, our heavenly king!
